Code of conduct
Nagra's Code of Conduct was developed as part of a participatory process involving all Nagra employees.
The results of workshops with external interest groups also fed into the process of developing the Code. Nagra’s Code of Conduct provides the framework that shapes the behaviour of Nagra as an organisation and that of its employees, both internally and externally. The Code is underpinned by the fundamental values of credibility, responsibility, transparency and professionalism. The Code will be reviewed regularly in terms of its effectiveness and relevance and will be modified if necessary.
